Shorthand is a hobby of mine. Unfortunately, dictating at the slow speeds I need is not a hobby of anyone I know.
Dictation files keyed to the book are going up slowly. Very slowly. Help would be appreciated.
This will reformat a text file to something that a common (and free) speech synthesizer will dictate at the requested speed.
